Mediator / Arbitrator

Lawrence T. Collins is associated with Gilbert Mediation Center, Ltd, engaged in mediation and arbitration of a wide variety of civil disputes at all stages.  Since retiring in December 2005 from the Third Judicial District Court, where he had served since February 1982, Judge Collins serves occasionally at the District Courts of Minnesota and the Minnesota Court of Appeals pursuant to appointment of the Chief Justice.  He was a trial lawyer from 1968 until 1982, and a founding member of the Rochester law firm of Dunlap, Keith, Collins, Finseth & Berndt.
